Refund Policy for Self Drive Dynamics Car Rentals

At Self Drive Dynamics, we aim to provide a seamless car rental experience. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, modifications, and refunds for bookings made through our website. By renting a vehicle from us, you agree to the terms of this policy.

1. Cancellation and Refund Terms

Refund eligibility depends on the timing of your cancellation or other circumstances as outlined below:

1.1. Standard Cancellation Policy

Cancellations Made 48 Hours or More Before Pickup:
You are eligible for a full refund, minus any processing fees if applicable.
Cancellations Made Less Than 48 Hours Before Pickup:
You may receive a 50% refund of the booking amount.
No-Show or Cancellation After Pickup Time:
No refund will be issued.

1.2. Refundable vs. Non-Refundable Bookings

Refundable Bookings: Fully eligible for refunds as per the terms above.
Non-Refundable Bookings: Refunds are not available except in cases of service interruptions caused by Self Drive Dynamics.

2. Modifications to Bookings

Changes Made 24 Hours or More Before Pickup:
Modifications are allowed without any penalties, subject to vehicle availability.
Any cost differences due to changes in booking details will apply.
Changes Made Less Than 24 Hours Before Pickup:
Modifications may incur additional fees.

3. Early Returns or Late Pickups

Early Returns:

Refunds are not provided for unused rental days.

Late Pickups:

The booking will remain valid for 2 hours after the scheduled pickup time. Beyond this grace period, the booking may be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 10-15 business days of approval.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be issued in full under the following exceptional situations:

Vehicle unavailability or breakdown caused by Self Drive Dynamics.
Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters) leading to service cancellations.
Errors in booking charges or duplicate payments.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided under the following conditions:

Failure to present required documents (e.g., valid driver’s license or ID) at the time of pickup.
Violations of rental terms and conditions, such as unauthorized use of the vehicle.
Booking made under promotional or special discount offers marked as non-refundable.
