Payment

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
❖ The leaser should be at least 21 years old for taking a self-drive car and should also possess valid Driving license for at least 2years with no endorsement.
❖ Foreigners should possess a valid International driving license, passport, with visa copy.
❖ Driving license (for Indian and foreigners)
❖ Passport/Aadhar card/pan card (for Indian national)
❖ Any of the address proofs (Power bill, rental agreement, security belongings as per mentioned) Cost of fuel is to be borne by leaser.
❖ 300 kms offered Is only restricted to state limits selected by the clients. In case of change in travel destination and state other limits selected by the clients the respective destination rates Will be applicable.
❖ If reservation of vehicle cancelled more than 24hrs before the schedule time flute cancellation charges shall be dedicated.
❖ Garage Downtime (In case of accidents) per day lease will have to be borne by the leaser.
❖ Insurance applicable for only if damage value above 60000rs for only below 10 Lakh cars. And 85000 rs for above 10Lakh cars.
❖ In case of any breakdown, replacement will be available till 30kms from our nearest rental station.
❖ Further any damage after 30 kms has to bear and full responsibility of the leaser.
❖ Any major damage will have to be borne by the leaser. Minor damages like minor dents and scratches will be charged immediately for the leaser along with the garage downtime. In case of tyre damaged due to Tyre dragged in puncture condition or any major cut, prorate cost of the tyre will have to be borne by the leaser.
❖ Insurance not applicable if over speed more than 100kmh.
❖ A refundable deposit is application for all cars, which will be forfeited in case of accident/damage.
❖ Leaser will be charged for a missing or lost accessories and tools of the lease car.
❖ The client will be fully responsible for daily upkeep, police challan’s, interstate taxes minor maintenance, offence or misuse of any kind of the car. The owner will not be responsible for any kind of compensation or claims what so ever incurred.
❖ Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
❖ Day means around the clock 24hrs. Per Extra Hour 250/.
❖ Leaser should not to go more than 100Kmh. If in case crossed more than one time over speed the leaser need to pay the fine up to Rs.500 for each one.
❖ Drink and Smoke is not allowed in the car, charges will applicable up to 500Rs/ if vehicle is not in the same condition.
❖ Vehicle Extended without prior notice useal rates will applicable.
❖ No Vehicle Repairs, Damages are not allowed outside without our permission, if done so leaser should pay all the showroom and day hold prices.
❖ If any Damages or Accident occur should intimate to us immediately.
❖ Vehicle repairs without intimation will lead to full payment of damages.
❖ Any Misuse, Theft, Non Payment of Car will directly Complaint to the nearest POLICE STATION Security Deposit Amount will be returned within 24 to 48 hours.
❖ When an accident happened, then the vehicle resale value will get decreased, so that extra amount will be paid by the customer who takes the vehicle.
